About Me

I am a unique human. In my first term of graduate school, I was diagnosed as being autistic. It took a pandemic for me to start to discover what being autistic means for me. For me, it means that I can focus intensely on a topic or subject. As well, I tend to prefer routines. Just recently, I learned that my understanding of words can be different. For example, the word - challenge - is one that I hear as the word - opportunity.

As I continue to walk through life, I am finding ways to use words to offer a view into who I am to the world. As well, I am discovering methods for coping and adjusting daily with stress and anxiety.
